IFM (instantaneous frequency measurement) receiver has many advantages, such as high probability of interception, large instantaneous bandwidth and high resolution. It has been widely used in radar warning, radar reconnaissance and other electronic warfare equipment. Therefore, the interference to IFM receiver can effectively improve the survival probability of radar. Based on the analysis of IFM principle, the method of using continuous wave radio frequency-screen signal to interfere with frequency of IFM receiver is put forward, and the simulation of the method is realized on the SyetemVue platform. The jamming effects under different conditions of continuous wave signal on IFM receiver are verified.
